The Lely Collector C2 uses revolutionary vacuum technology to collect manure from barn floors rather than push or scrape it. Manure is vacuumed and deposited into a centralized pit, helping reduce contamination in walkways. This helps create a cleaner barn floor, which contributes to better hoof, udder and overall animal health, while also saving valuable time and labor.
Flexible Barn Design & Streamlined Integration
Manure logistics are a crucial part of barn layout. The Lely Collector C2 offers superior flexibility by requiring just one central station for charging, dumping and water refilling. The compact installation also means minimal changes to barn infrastructure. The robot operates fully autonomously, with no need for cables or floor gutters, preserving free cow traffic and supporting a safer, cleaner barn environment.
Optimum Cleaning Zones and a Cleaner, Safer Operation
To avoid disturbing cows at the feed fence, the Lely Collector C2 can drive separate, scheduled routes behind the animals at times that suit them best. Its compact, ergonomic design with rounded corners enables it to clean tight spaces and narrow areas with ease. It reaches almost every part of the barn, including cross alleys, separation areas and the waiting area in front of the milking robot. Built-in sensors guide it along pre-programmed routes, ensuring smooth, autonomous operation and providing a clean and safe environment for cows.
Enhanced Performance and Autonomy
The Lely Discovery Collector C2 includes significant upgrades that enhance performance, autonomy and ease of use:
- Wireless charging and a 24-volt long-life battery provide up to 14 hours of cleaning per day.
- The water spray system in front enhances manure intake while the rear spray leaves a damp surface for better hoof grip.

- Built-in sensors and pre-programmed routes allow it to drive without cables or gutters.

- When the manure tank is full, the robot automatically drives to the dumping station.
